News. Eleven year old Yulcaila Hoolihan-Mongta has graduated from Forrest Primary school with a free kindle, an incentive in the Indigenous Reading Project. Kindles were used in to aid improvement and those that made measurable improvement got to keep theirs. Yulcailas reading went from 45 minutes each week to reading novels for over 3 hours per week. 20th December 2012, Canberra Times photo by Karleen Minney.
